Washington Thoroughbred Breeders and Owners Association (WTBOA)

Established in 1940, the WTBOA is a nonprofit organization supporting the thoroughbred industry in the state of Washington. The group advances the breeding, owning and racing of thoroughbreds through its legislative efforts, promotional work, educational initiatives and sales programs.
