Colorado Horse Racing Association, Inc. (CHA)

The Colorado Horse Racing Association, Inc. is the recognized horsemen’s group representing owners and trainers of all racing breeds – Thoroughbred, American Quarter Horse, and Arabian – in the State of Colorado. The CHA advises and negotiates with legislative bodies, state agencies, racing associations, and racing commissions in the establishment or updating of any statutes, directives, proper rules, and conditions which affect the racing industry and its stakeholders.
