Bristol Hub for Gambling Harms Research

The Bristol Hub for Gambling Harms Research is a community of academics and hub for cutting-edge research relating to gambling harms. The Hub has strong links with lived experience and prevention/treatment experts and has international reach. Established in 2022, The Bristol Hub for Gambling Harms Research is funded by a grant from the national charity GambleAware, to build capacity in interdisciplinary gambling harms research. GambleAware's investment in an independent Academic Research Hub is part of its Organisational Strategy, which is funded by voluntary donations from the gambling industry.
