The Horsemen's Benevolent and Protective Association of British Columbia (HBPA)


The HBPA was founded in 1940 to represent the interests of horsemen and strive for the advancement of horse racing. The British Columbia branch seeks to support and represent its members, protect the well-being of the industry, and work with racing organizations on all matters that affect the sport.
