Otoe-Missouria Tribe of Oklahoma Gaming Commission

The Otoe-Missouria Tribe adopted and implemented the Gaming Ordinance of the Otoe-Missouria Tribe of Oklahoma. The purpose of the Gaming Ordinance is to: Regulate the conduct of gaming at facilities owned and operated by the Tribe or its licensed agents, on Indian Lands of the Tribe. The “Commission or OMGC” ensures compliance with Tribal, Federal and applicable State laws, rules and regulations. The regulatory functions of the Gaming Commission are carried out independently of the gaming enterprises and that gaming is conducted fairly and honestly by the Otoe-Missouria Tribe, its agents and players to ensure gaming is shielded from organized crime and other corrupting influences. The Otoe-Missouria Gaming Commission is the governing body and regulatory agency for all gaming enterprises of the Otoe-Missouria Tribe.
