The National Gambling Authority
The ANJ (National Games Authority) was created by the ordinance of October 2, 2019 reforming the regulation of gambling in France. The ANJ is independent. It reports to Parliament. The ANJ regulates the authorized games and bets on line, in points of sale and in independent racetracks; it controls the responsible gambling policy of casinos.
